🛡️ Compliance & Risk Engineer
Purpose: Ensure all digital operations meet regulatory, ethical, and security standards.
- Implement frameworks like ISO 27001, EU AI Act, GDPR.
- Design audit trails and digital evidence systems.
- Collaborate with legal and product teams on risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report on compliance KPIs.

- Implement zero-trust security principles.

🌀 Agile Delivery Lead
Purpose: Drive agile execution and team alignment across product development cycles.
- Facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Align teams with OKRs and product roadmaps.
- Coach cross-functional squads on agile best practices.
- Resolve blockers and foster continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools: Certified Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist, Jira, Confluence, Miro, strong communication and servant leadership

- Define MVPs and product-market fit strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with design and engineering on UX flows.
- Monitor adoption and iterate based on feedback.

🔐 Cybersecurity & Forensics Analyst
Purpose: Protect GRUHS’s digital assets and investigate potential threats or breaches.
- Monitor systems for anomalies and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct forensic analysis and incident response.
- Develop threat models and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with compliance and infrastructure teams.

🌍 Business Development & Partnerships
